GLACIP = German Language and Culture Immersion Program

Come and learn German in Germany!

GLACIP contains intensive German language training and German culture classes for beginners. Classes take place in a beautiful German castle on our campus in Bad Mergentheim and make up a semester workload (currently worth 24 ECTS, might be extended to 30 ECTS, if required by applicants, details to be confirmed). The program also includes excursions in the region and other events so that you can get to know Germany - and your classmates - inside and out.

We welcome applications from exchange students from our partner universities with some German language skills (advanced beginner's level = German language knowledge equivalent to approx. 60 - 80 hours workload; A1.1, according to CEFR)! Please note that admission to the program depends on the number of applications we receive and the level of German language skills the applicants display in their application.
